Send us the signed power of attorney and certified copy of the director's ID document via email or fax. You can email to reg@companyregonline.co.za
Once the process have been completed, we will immediately start your company registration process. Depending on the package you selected, we should have an outcome whitin the time frames stipulated (Terms & Conditions apply)
Requirements in order to register a company:
You need to be 18 years of age or older
You must have a South African address
Valid South African ID document or if you are a foreigner, a valid passport
At least 1 director
We will be unable to process your company registration should we not be in possession of a Power of Attorney (which we will send to you). All you need to do is sign and send it back to us with a certified copy of your ID document.
